Are you open and accepting new orders?

Yes. We are open, accepting new orders, and shipping orders. However, due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please avoid using delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to COVID-19.


Why are some orders taking longer to ship?

We're working hard to ensure all orders get fulfilled in a timely and safe manner but as COVID-19 has spread across Canada, there has been a significant increase in online shopping that has affected the logistics and supply chain of many businesses across Canada.

As of January 6, 2021, please allow a minimum of 3-10 business days for your order to be processed plus delivery time to your area. Any orders placed between December 16, 2020 and January 5, 2020 will be processed upon our reopening on January 6, 2021.
